Cami is a baby tracker for iPhone, running iOS 26 or later. You log feeds, sleep, diapers, pumping and growth, and everything you log appears on the phones of the caregivers you invite. If something is not working, or you cannot find where something lives, start here.

Getting help

Email hello@camibaby.com with what you were trying to do and what happened instead. A screenshot explains more than a paragraph, so send one if you have it.

From inside the app there is a shorter route: tap ⋯ in the top corner of Home, then App Settings, then Send Feedback. That form reaches the same person and arrives with the details already attached.

Common questions

How do I add my partner or another caregiver?

Cami keeps one log per family, so you invite people into yours rather than each of you keeping a separate one.

Tap ⋯ in the top corner of Home, then Family & Sharing, then Invite. (There is also an Invite button on the Family card on Home.) Use Share Invite to send the link however you normally send things, or Copy Code to get the six characters on their own.

They install Cami and either tap the link, which opens straight into the invite, or choose Join a family and type the code. Everything already logged is there for them at once. There is no limit on how many people can join.

Anyone holding the link can join, so treat it like a house key. The family's owner can turn invites off, or choose New Invite Link…, which stops the old link and code working immediately — and can remove a member from the same screen.

What do the roles mean?

Nursing parent, supporting parent and caregiver are labels, so the app can say who did what. They do not change what anyone is allowed to see or log. The one real distinction is the owner, who additionally controls the invite link, removing members, and deleting the family. Ownership can be handed to someone else.

Do we see each other's entries straight away?

Yes. An entry logged on one phone appears on the others within about a second, with nobody refreshing anything. If a phone has no signal the app keeps working normally — entries are saved on the phone and sent up as soon as it reconnects.

How do I sign in?

Two ways: Continue with Apple, or Continue with Email using an email address and a password of at least eight characters. Use the same one on every device — Cami finds your family from your account, not from the phone.

What happens to my data if I sign out?

Nothing is deleted. Signing out — ⋯ ▸ App Settings ▸ Log Out — disconnects that phone and stops it syncing until you sign in again. Your family, your children and every entry stay on the service, and they come back when you sign in, on that phone or a different one.

Can I get my data out of Cami?

Yes, as a CSV file you can open in any spreadsheet. Go to the Child tab, then Child Data, then Export Data, and save it wherever iOS offers.

The file covers one child — that child's entries, plus the family's pumping — so a family with two children exports twice. Any member can run it, and each child can be exported once every 24 hours.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: ⋯ ▸ App Settings ▸ tap your name at the top to open Profile ▸ Delete Account. Before it does anything, the sheet lists each of your families and what will happen to it; then you type DELETE and hold the button.

• Your account, your photo and everything held on that phone are removed.
• A family where you are the only member is deleted with you — its children and all of their history go too.
• A family with other people in it is kept. If you were the owner, the longest-standing member becomes the new owner; otherwise you simply leave it.

None of it can be undone, so export anything you want to keep first.

Is Cami available in Spanish?

Yes — Cami is in English and Latin American Spanish, and follows the language your iPhone is set to. The Spanish is close to complete rather than perfect; if a phrase is still in English where you need it, say so and it gets fixed.

How do I report a problem, or ask for something?

⋯ ▸ App Settings ▸ Send Feedback. Choose Bug, Idea or Question, say what happened, and add screenshots if they help. You can also just shake the phone: that opens the same form with a picture of the screen you were looking at already attached.

Diagnostic logs are sent with the report unless you switch them off. They carry timings and error codes — never names, notes or photos.
